Q: What does Generic stand for?

A: All the products we sell are in stock for immediate delivery. However, we need about 1-2 working days to process an order. Trackable Courier: The delivery time depends on the destination country. Usually, it takes about 5-9 days for a package to be delivered. Remember, the time frame of your order's delivery begins AFTER we ship your order, not from the time you placed your order. Q: What if my order is delayed at customs?

A: In case your order is delayed at customs, they inform you of that. They ask the recipient to come and give them a permission to open the parcel. At this point it is examined and given to you. If you have any problems with getting your order, please let us know and we will try to resolve the problem.

Q: What am I to do if the package is damaged when I receive it or if it is missing?

Refunds and Cancellations

Cancellations are accepted within 24 hours from placing the order. If you need to cancel your order you should contact our support service (Contact Us). If you specify the wrong address and the order is shipped before you send in the correction, we will reship it charging you the shipping costs. So, we strongly advise you to make sure to check all the information you enter before submitting the order.

We guarantee that our drugs fully comply with the standards of the original pills. In case you are unsatisfied with our product or it had no effect on you, please return it to sender. When the parcel is received, we will issue you a full refund.

Should you experience any delivery problems, please, contact our support service. The order is to reach you within 14-21 days (3 weeks is the maximum the delivery may take).

If you qualify for a refund, the money will be returned back to your credit card. It usually takes about 5 days from the moment you contact our support service till the refund is reflected at your credit card statement. It may take up to 10 days to be reflected there.

It takes that long as the refund is a special request sent by our online processor to your bank, they are usually processed manually and that might cause the delay. The delivery term specified in the shipping policy is 3 weeks from the moment of shipment. No money will be refunded prior to that time.

Shipping Policy

Normally, the shipment process takes from 7 to 15 days, but in some cases can take as long as 3 weeks. Your anonymity is our primary concern - we have streamlined the delivery process so that you don't have to sign for the receipt of the package - it will be put into your P.O. box. What we offer is a hassle-free way to receive the goods you ordered - delivery right at your doorstep. Needless to say, the product is delivered in a discreet inconspicuous package - to avoid embarrassment.

In case of non-delivery within 3 weeks, please feel free to contact us and notify us. We'll rectify the situation within 5 business days.

Note, that your shipping package would contain the guidelines on how to use the product. No prescription will be supplied as you should get it from your physician. The pills work or we pay you back!

In case you use our product but it fails to produce any significant effect on you we will pay you back fully including the shipping costs. Note that the effects can be substantially slowed down by fatty food and alcohol you take prior to the tab.
